Just to update for anyone having the same issue:My prepaid number got deactivated (im in overseas) on 28th March 21. My brother back at KL helped to call Maxis and requested for clarification and raised case. I contacted maxis in several platform. Facebook, WhatsApp. Twitter (most fastest) and here in LYT.
Got t responses regards to the case id and message saying its under verification and maxis will called up.
on 31 March received an WhatsApp message saying the line has been reactivated and i can reload and continue to use. Overall it was pleasant and i got my sim back online. only drawback is that you will loose whatever balance available.
i have purchased 365days validity once it up and running. Hope can be some informative to anyone whom looking for some answers. GOOD LUCK.
