Re-activate my hotlink number, Expired number

Dear hotlink, My hotlink number is expired today, is there any chance that i could get back that number cause it is so important to me My sim card no : 8960011212033801833(1) 128K AG the number was registered under my father's name |

As to my Experience you can't. once expired it goes to the recycle and sold at other places. your only chance is to look for it. If somebody purchase it. Try to contact them to get the number ( personal deal, does not involve Maxis/Hotlink in any way ).
Well that was what I did, I contact the girl using my number, sweet talk her to sell it to me. ( remember to change the registration at Maxis Center ) |

Dear Hotlink,
My number have been deactivated also, i have been Oversea with the SIM card as well, now i can't do any ebanking verification. Please help to re-activate my number. I reported to maxis already, report number : C17136643. Your help and response is highly appreciated. |

I top up both my numbers 012***6593 & 012***7647 on the 20th Dec 2015 but the 012***7647 has lost its connection while the other is still active and roamed. Just to let you know that I am currently abroad. Really appreciate your assistance. tq in advance |

But I'm studying abroad currently I used this number for very long time... Anyone could help me recover the service? I know I can simply walk in any telco shop in klia when I arrive Malaysia, but this number is still the number I wanted to get back |

Can you please PM me for info you need. My number is still active and will not expire before next year. However, it cannot register to Maxis network anymore since 2 days ago. I suspect it is being deactivated for whatever reason. |

Hi Hotlink Customer Service,
My Hotlink number has expired since Feb 2016. Can i re-activate it? Currently im working abroad. I've called the Maxis Customer Service before, they told me all i need to do is just to reload the Hotlink number. As per advised, i reloaded it, but still no service. My Hotlink number is +6017-2135848. |

Greetings, my no. expired 3 days ago. I've reloaded via M2U ytd. But it's still deactivated. Called to Maxis @ 123, they asked me to fix at any Maxis Centre / MEPs. I am also currently overseas and I have 2 numbers that seems to be expired because I can't seem to top up using maybank. How do I check if my number has been deactivated? www.hotlink.com.my only states my balance but does not state if it has been deactivated or not. |

3 days later and 3 replies later from 3 different support staffs...
Conclusion is, if your prepaid number is terminated there's nothing hotlink/maxis can do to have the number reinstated (at least not via this forum but one can try walk-in to maxis centre to enquire if the number is available and have it on a postpaid plan instead). I hope this post can be of reference to a handful of people like myself who is abroad, frantically looking for an answer on this forum. I literally read every msg thread there is on saving my number. Sadly for me, my journey with hotlink ended the day my number was terminated. RIP. Now please excuse me I need to grief. |

I get my number back! The fastest you realize you have forgot to topup after the grace period, the fastest you approach a good maxis center,the fastest you can get ur number back. My 91th day of the grace period was 15 June, realized on 16 June, approached maxis center at Axxxxxda but was just being informed to wait for three working days, approached the one at The Gardens and get a replacement sim card in less than 5minutes

1.What is the grace period after expiry? 2.I am currently in oversea now and I want to apply for the hotlink365, however I cant do it here. Do I have any method to apply for it? |

My no. 017713394 was expired last week, then i have went to maxis center to request for re-activation, after checking the staff ask me to wait for 3-5 days then reload to this no. and make a call, and then my no. will active. Today was day4, my no. still remain emergency calls only, should i reload now? please advice me what should i do? Thanks |

I went to maxis center e-curve mutiara dsara to reactivate my hotlink number today 27sept at 4pm.they said its done.i give detail accordingly as requested.

Just now I did opened it to topup for longer validity service, it denies my topup transaction and ask me to call 123. I did call, but it seems my number have expired since I cannot make calls or topup my number. This number is very important to me, I need to reactivate my number 0123440921. I've called toll free customer service for my re-activation of my phone no. 017 460 2807 and also walked in to the Maxis Business Center at Aeon Mall bkt Mertajam today, they're not able to do so despite the deactivation happened on 12th Jan. Can the team help me to re-activate this number and what is the next steps i could do to continue use this number under Maxis prepaid? thanks |

Hello, maxis. Can you help me in reactivating my sister's expired sim card? She now is in Manchester, not in Malaysia. To be precise, she is having a problem in transferring her money from RM to currency there as the sim card is inactive.
