Re-activate my hotlink number, Expired number

Hello, I am currently overseas and forgot to insert the sim card into my phone here, so i missed the notifications about termination and did not top up before the termination date.
The number is really important cause I'm using it for various important stuffs back in Malaysia. So, is it possible to reactivate back my hotlink number? It would really help a lot! Thank you.
