can I still OC if using stock Fans and heatsink????

of course u can!!!!
but there is a high probabilty ur proc will burned
if it become too hot

so better take safety measure
by using a good HSF

Buying a better heatsink or fan is to boost your overclock and maintain your hardware life
You sure can overclock using stock cooler, but the temperature will be limiting your overclock

HSF = heatsink fan

Rams sure can be overclocked

Bukan change fan liao...

Change the heatsink...

If you want to oc you're processor, change the heatsink of you're processor...

If you want to oc you're graphic card, change the heatsink of you're graphic card...
