Using Asus Vivobook S400CA around 2years+.
Suddenly the keyboard gone haywire with most key not functioning and not the correct "alphabet/no./function".

eg. 1 = X, 2/3 = not functioning / s = s (normal) , f5 not functioning and so on.

googled and its a issue related to Numlock, tried to follow the method by enabling/disabling numlock but fail.
as I suspect the "Numlock" is not exist/changed to another key on the laptop. (tried FN + each key to get the numlock but fail)
and no indicator on whether the numlock key is activated or not.

lappie used for so far is just normal browsing/words/movie/drama. no intense gaming or oc,etc.

Your advise is appreciate.

*external KB works just fine.
**tried changing the regedit and VBS method but fail to work.
***clean reset to factory settings and still the same.
