Even tho sap luk million banana man is a pain in the ass as we all know. But this time I have to agree with him la bro.. this place is quite ulu even tho industrial land in rinching has increased 6 times over 7 years.. but that's because the industrial market is shifting to Semenyih.

There are still a lot of vacant shops where ecoworld showroom is right? Where exactly is this?

Whether or not anks want to come in is up to the banks. Back to basics bro. If a place has demand then banks will definitely move in. Semenyih? Maybe in the future but definitely not now. Probably another 10 years. I see Kajang 2 itself need at least 5 years to boom but what makes u think Semenyih will boom before Kajang 2?

Unless you are a die hard Semenyih fansi, u would definitely agree with me.
