another possibilities of new road is  persiaran Bandar rinching road connects to jalan Bandar rinching 5-6 road, currently ul enter jalan Bandar 5-6 to go to parklands by turning right(frm BR 5-6 road), but if u go straight , finally it is like a death-end after the school(opposite  school is new semi-d factory), only motor can go... but actually the other side is persiaran Bandar rinching, and the road just ends there as the pic below

I believe after this road will be opened and joined to rinching 5-6, then road(BR 5-6) will busy as it bring more traffic in, and all the abandon shop-lots now will have high visibility....

but only don't noe when or why it is being closed for now... even it is a major access for the schools, dono y kept closed, refer belowe pic :-

the red circle is the un-joined place...... after join/connect..this will be main road already... then will be good.
practically this road must be joined, it is needed by the schools, new semi d factories and etc....

I had started to monitoring the development since I bought a house here haha...sometimes I feel good, sometimes I feel worry...no offence, we need more Chinese to move here to boost the commercial activities

hahaha... vesting in "new area" always patience challenging..  to have better "peace of mind" I think should go for mature area..

This area is lacking of "ong" commercial elements I suppose.. If this area can retain the students from Nottingham uni already a good market..

yup u can see the planned road here....taken from page that promoted the new semenyih business park at rinching... it connects to the nottinghem uni... making easy access for the student, my guez is once L'marq and ascotte all is up..in within few year they must build this road to evenly distributed the traffic between all three interchanges which is the ecomajectis, ecohill , and the kajang selatan  (beranang-rinching-semenyih).. I think depend also on the land owner whom gonna developed the pieces of land on both sides of the brogan rinching link...
I think this planned will sure ho ahead.... only the time frame is the question mark!!

Rinching connect to Broga? When and who will do the work? Is it under EcoForest project? if so have to wait many more years
