so many units can't rent out and some are years empty nearby lanlord so desperate that rent out to bangla, indo as hostel. thumbup.gif

It will be great if Econsave can build a hypermarket here... Currently in Semenyih Sentral only have Econsave supermarket only..

Even tho sap luk million banana man is a pain in the ass as we all know. But this time I have to agree with him la bro.. this place is quite ulu even tho industrial land in rinching has increased 6 times over 7 years.. but that's because the industrial market is shifting to Semenyih.

There are still a lot of vacant shops where ecoworld showroom is right? Where exactly is this?

Hahaha, for him, any project in kajang/semenyih also sibeh far and ulu, except Jade Hill... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Condamn sibeh far and ulu, after that curi curi book property in Semenyih, later condamn again sibeh far and ulu and regret kau kau coz after booking.... Weirdo for sure.. tongue.gif tongue.gif

What they need is bank to push the commercial activities. Semenyih baru (Bandar Rinching further up until Parkland Beranang) only got Bank Islam. Thats why a lots of Commercial lot still left unoccupied.

Whether or not anks want to come in is up to the banks. Back to basics bro. If a place has demand then banks will definitely move in. Semenyih? Maybe in the future but definitely not now. Probably another 10 years. I see Kajang 2 itself need at least 5 years to boom but what makes u think Semenyih will boom before Kajang 2?

Unless you are a die hard Semenyih fansi, u would definitely agree with me.

Chillax dude calm your horses. By no means I'm a die hard fans of anybody. I lived here for god sake that's make entitle to my opinion of Semenyih Baru needs Banks. At least I need it.

Why would I need to disagree with u of anything? Kajang 2 can be the next Mont Kiara for all I care. So the area need to be boom2 then only can have banks. Ok, I learnt something new today. Wonder why my kampung in Perak so Ulu also have Cimb and Maybank.

Just for information bro.. Currently Semenyih have Maybank, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, Ambank, Easy RHB in Semenyih Central.. The key question now, would this bank shall open another branch in Rinching area which is just around 5km away? Or choose to move to this area instead? hmm.gif hmm.gif In the Rinching area have only Bank Islam and Bank Rakyat only if not mistaken..

In Semenyih currently still dun have CIMB, Affin Bank and Alliance Bank.. Would be good if they can come in. In additional still don't have international bank as well, although HSBC in Kajang Prima and Standard Chart is in Prima Saujana just about 10 minutes driving from Rinching using Ecohill Link..

so far this area only have one chinese kopitiam: Bao choo

last saturday, i saw a corner lot at the old shoplots were doing renovation for kedai mamak

The land seems quite big, perhaps a big portion of the land already used to construct the Econsave.. hmm.gif

One new tuition center and one fitness center (Muay thai) shall be opened in the phase 1 units.

went there this morning...tried the new mamak restaurant...their wifi is so slow sweat.gif
most of the people here are indian and malay....didn't see any chinese... sweat.gif

Takes some time bro.. Ecohill link only opens this month.. Will take some time to pull the crowd in...

Same like not fair to judge Sungai Long based on Taman Rakan area only, let say 6-7 years ago... brows.gif

I had started to monitoring the development since I bought a house here haha...sometimes I feel good, sometimes I feel worry...no offence, we need more Chinese to move here to boost the commercial activities

hahaha... vesting in "new area" always patience challenging.. to have better "peace of mind" I think should go for mature area..

This area is lacking of "ong" commercial elements I suppose.. If this area can retain the students from Nottingham uni already a good market..

but only don't noe when or why it is being closed for now... even it is a major access for the schools, dono y kept closed, refer belowe pic :-

the red circle is the un-joined place...... after join/connect..this will be main road already... then will be good.
practically this road must be joined, it is needed by the schools, new semi d factories and etc....

i had the mixed feelings too... ethg got risk... so far the risk factor here sumhow have their answers.... anyway the jalan bandar rinching5-6 will sumday connect to broga near notthing uni.. and will make the distance btwn the uni and this place very close and connected directly.
