Hi guys,

Would like to ask if Taman Lestari Putra has UNIFI coverage? reason i'm asking here is because i'm moving to that area LEP6 and a few days back i checked using tm unifi coverage page that it is covered. However, today i just went back there to check and now not any home near there are listed. i searched LEP or lestari putra nothing came out.

So i dont have any assurance, and the main reason i chose to move there is because i checked that it has unifi. i even checked the number of my house and it was there a few days back.

Does this mean that the website is unreliable?? appreciate if anyone could share some info.

try calling 100 or 1300888123 to confirm. if calling through handphone make sure to record the call and ask for operator name.

why record if in case something goes wrong after applying for the line.

if it's landed, old housing area, just check the poles at the back of the house whether got that silver box with TM logo printed on it. if the box is there means there's Unifi. at least it gives you an assurance that the area is Unifi avail area, whether have ports left that's a different issue dy. lol

expected to resolve in Oct but knowing TM, dont put high hope first. lol

get Streamyx first is fine too, especially if your house has existing copper cables already in place, then changing to Unifi later on will be considered an upgrade.

already mentioned, it'll be considered an upgrade. means no need pay contract penalty, just it will be changed to a a 2-year Unifi contract.
