I'm closing down the cafe and is looking for business owners to buy the equipment.

Coffee machine brand is nuova simonelli 2 HEAD GROUP
chiller and showcase is Samemax
Machines are in good condition as we just service lately and only used for a year.



Alternatively,
looking to venture to somebody's business with these equipment.
E.G- boardgame rental that need wants to implement cafe concept.

Or
any stores that need cafe in the premise.
Gym, library, offices, etc.

The whole thing at RM45,000

That includes the cash registry, the table top (quartz stone with wood furnishing), 7 tall stools, refrigerator and the cabinet sink.

what's the valuation like? you have a projected cash flow?

you say you have been in this business for "1 year"?

you have the accounts? audited?

I based on 10%pa depreciation on the equipment.

Unfortunately, accounts is not audited because we are not registered sdn bhd.

10% pa is too conservative in any business.

you have not answered the first part of my question.

if possible, blackline all the sensitive info, shoot me a pm with the a/c (blacklined version). i run thru the numbers.
i suppose it does includes a statement of cash flow.

to see if i can meet your proposed selling price.
