 Wechat no sound in video and voice call

Lumia 640 XL user here.

My Wechat not having sound in video and voice calls lately, anyone facing similar issue? Tried restarting phone, reinstalling the app, clearing cache, but nothing helps. Any ideas how to fix?

Tried using Skype, it heats up my phone very badly and drains battery like crazy.
