ping with Maxis Home Fiber 10mbps

ping with TM Unifi

both ping to the same IP address which is a online game server (Final Fantasy XIV) located in Japan,

In July there is no issue with the ping 90-120 ms , but now (August) it spike to 300-500ms

Please solved the issue
