IMO, just go for the one that looks good for you. Different people different taste.
On regards to the selection reason, does not make sense. At least tell us the testing methodology, what you plan to achieve, RAW or JPEG, something. All of them looks to me like taken in Auto mode, especially the last scene where obviously 3A has it's shadow lifted.
