Wrong information from customer service personnel

Dear Maxis,
I would like to launch a complaint regarding your customer service personnel due to wrong information given to me previously. I was called maxis last time to ask about my contract and the personnel (Navindren Gopalan) on April had told me that my contract should be end by Aug2015. Unfortunately during my call this morning with Maxis CS Personnel (Ms Gevetha) she had told me that my contact will be end by Dec 2015. i am planning to change to the other operator and yet because of the wrong information given by your personnel, i need to pay rm174 as a penalty. Feel very bad with the service and i need to pay extra money and wait until the end of the year..its too much as i am facing not so good service from maxis recently.
I had facing terrible and very bad service from maxis since 2 years back as my bill always reach rm300++ and this year my mobile data will finish in 2 weeks time even though i am using wifi during my office time. Plus i am facing the weak connection and very slow responding time and i cant tollerate with this kind of problem that i need to face every day plus i am running out of mobile data in short time. I would like to waive my penalty because of the wrong information given by your staff and as your service is not satisfy my needs, i would like to terminate my service as soonest as possible. I guess that being too loyal isnt give me any advantage in your business.
