Asking rental has started to come down, asking price for purchase still remain sky high..

I have a few friends wanting to sell their houses/apartments..still no buyers..

QUOTE(prody @ Feb 23 2016, 04:13 PM)
My rental was up for renewal, so I asked the landlord for lower rent.
He only gave 1%. sad.gif

So I told him it's not enough and started looking around.
I found out that most asking rental (iproperty) seemed a bit high, but if you offer a low rental (ie 15-20% below the asking rental) one or two will take you up on the offer.
There certainly are some desperate landlords out there.

In the end my landlord offered 12% lower rental so will stay for a while.

Wow! 12 percent lower! Wow!

Look at Bistari asking price is 650-900K..certainly not doable for an investment wz that kind of rent..
