Why don't you guys auto deduct from deposit money that customers have paid.
What's the need for reimbursement period?
Why won't your agents inform customers about this when we call to get our line unbarred. You can just deduct it instead of making us request to get our line unbarred for RM10.
Thanks for cheating me of hundreds over the past years.
