1. I saw that the tracking shows Pending Clearance from Hong Kong, so that's why I asked if the tracking number is correct. Because today is the 5th day of delivery so pending in HK from Guangdong warehouse is weird.
2. I mentioned it very early that I know you need normally 3-5 to arrive at my doorstep from warehouse.
3. I already acknowledged that I knew about the '3-5 days' needed in my inquiry. Yes, your PM is 3rd Dec. I calculated 4th , 5th , 6th , 7th and 8th <- 8th is the 5th day. See, I know about that right from the start.
4. That's why no need for the snark 'The date to send out from warehouse, is DEC 3. Please check your pm.'

5. What I mean was you could have told me this [Peak season right now. Every step slow down. Can not guarantee time to deliver. Double 11 promo effect. Golden rule : early place order, early receive the parcel.] without snark.

Your service is swift but attitude was very bad as usual.
I'm writing this based on the way you dealt with me in all of our transactions, you acted like I owed you your money and scrimping on interest.
This is not the way to do a service but that is just my humble opinion, and you have your own.
That being said, I won't be ordering with you anymore but that's okay for you, it's not like you are losing anything anyway.
