Do you think windows 10 a bit heavy?

I don't know why but after I installed Windows 10 in my 9 month old laptop (Inspiron 7447), it refused to boot up after the 2nd day. I had to go back to my Win 8.1. Maybe after my current project is over, I'll give it another go.
