Continuing from EcoTeres, penang Lang seems hard to accept their overpricing project.

Surrounding is bad & too close to highway. Out of 50% uncle which visit the sales gallery can tell you they are not accept 700k terrace house in this location.

Surrounding by HTC. That is the problem. If u stand in the center, you can clearly see the cable hanging around. More obvious than EcoBotanic.

EMA starting with price tag 1m as I know. Something premier like EcoSanctuary.

Last I know staffs booking 75 units and about 100 units sold out.
