Think EcoWorld has to do that, otherwise hard to move sales with such high entry price for a 20X70 terrace at simpang ampat.

think many are in this dilemma, to wait or not to wait for EcoMarinat? when posed this question to SA, they said buy EcoMeadows first mah, sell after appreciate then buy EcoMarina lor, ha ha "ka ki kong, ka ki song".... EcoMarina sure is a better project, big land, sea fronting, better location, integrated development with theme park/golf course.... but still in planning stage, was told launching could be 3Q next year earliest, and also price won't be cheap, as EW is targeting international market, so claimed the SA.....

Eco Meadows New permanent Sales Gallery, very visible if you drive pass the North South highway. Old temporary sales gallery has been demolished, just only about 5 months in operation. There will b an opening ceremony of both the sales gallery and show houses this coming 1/1/16.

Don't have the details and show house access is not allowed yet, but from the look of it, seems to have 4 units, believe two each for Bay Window and Balcony type, maybe one with ID and the other one bare unit for each type...

Eco Meadows show units : officially opened to purchasers on 1/1/16 around 11 am. A school brass band led the vips and purchasers in a small processeion, and walked from sales gallery to the show units... they also prepare a nicely decorated horse carriage to ferry two families who turned up the earliest at the event. Then Datuk Raju and Mr Khoo Teck Chong officiated the opening ceremony with a simple mock keys. Not many people turned up, I estimated about 100 yish ... First time witnessing the unveiling of eco world show units, not sure how's the scale compare to others, but this one to me looks like a simple event... here are some photos :

Din't have high expectation on the house, I know I paid premium price on the concept and lifestyle, carried by the brand. I know it's just a conventional terrace house, probably < RM 500 K at this location, the rest is just premium on the brand. Already heard some mumbles from some of the purchasers that the house is kinda disappointing for the RM700K + price tag, but I think we should not forget about the whole concept and lifestyle ..., but after the show units are opened, the selling price has been adjusted higher, it's now RM 758K+, vs those who bought earlier at RM708K+..... so till happy.... and I am sure this place will boom after Penang IKEA and all the other developments are maturing in few years time.... EW is already looking to launch 1st phase zero lot bungalow at Eco Marina sometime 3Q this year, indicative price tag? RM2 mil +, OMG....

wah, EW marketing team really efficient, think trying to push the remaining about 20% unsold units, think sales consider good od at this location and at this price. Next to be launched maybe 1Q is Phase 2 consisting of retail shop lots with residential tower on top......

Well, this will be the 1st high rise residential tower in this area, and main landers generally prefer landed houses. I guess EW's strategy is to offer a lower entry price for buyers as was told all units will be < 1000 sqft and indicative price will be < RM 500K. Besides, think they have to launch this before the EcoMarina launch steals the limelight, ha ha

To me the quality is acceptable, but some buyers wanted to see the bare units (shows units are all IDed, no bare units yet), some complain on the ugly looking back metal-door, flimsy staircase, no natural light at upstairs living areas .

Promotional package is still 5% discount + 2% if sign SPA within 21 days + 2% existing EW buyer, if you can be looking at 10% discount max.

Shop lots will be sold individually, but SA said EW will try to help look for the tenant, so in order to have a well mixed tenants and ensure all shop lots are rented out to keep the place "ong"....
