 Contact Center Solution, Contact Center Vs Call Center

Hello All,

Does anyone know what is the difference between Contact Center Solution and Call Center Solution?

I'd like to setup a small customer service i need to have a call center system. Please Recommend me a Good system.
I also searched on internet, I find this below website , does anyone heard about this company? Call Center Solution

I would appreciate your helps in this matter or any suggestion.

i dont know about solutions but the difference between contact center and call center is contact center deals with customer in few different method such ask call, email, chat sosial media and so on but call center only via call.

normally call center/contact center solutions works in big number, ie 200 phones etc..
the best one i know is of course avaya and a newcomers call shoretel
