Just my opinion... I think many of the seniors left or maybe got new projects, so they are now hiring more ppl thru agency like Man*****, E*****, E** and X**link.

It's a 24x7 shift job and need to be on stand-by. It's a technical interview, so for fresh grad, there is a test also. Mostly are contract basis. If you can stand the hours working at night till morning, then should be okay for you all. Got shift allowance also.

Ya, it's 12 hours shift rotation with work 4 days, rest 3 days and then, work 3 days rest 4 days. But your social life will be affected, especially if you are married or in a relationship, and your health will be affected as well.
