Hello guys
i am currently in a very bad situation
I live in Impian Meridian Condo in USJ 1
I am renting a Master room at 1000 RM per month for which i have paid 2000 RM deposit
The contract was 7 months starting from february 2015
while moving in i asked the agent if i will be allowed to extend my stay by one month if needed and he said he will see later on.
now when the contract end is coming he is refusing to let me move out end of august and is forcing me to stay till end of september or he wont pay my deposit back.
He claims that i agreed with him for staying till end of september.

what can i do now ?
can you please suggest anything

I am an International Student btw
and please dont use malay because I wont understand

February+7 months=september. No?

I moved in february so the contract started from 2nd of february

if follow your contract, the 7 mths contract shall ended on 1st Sept. (as u told us u moved in on 2nd Feb)

dont deal with the agent, talk direct to the owner on this.
