i guess it's the same,just plucking u pluck one by one and waxing many at once..waxing any part of ur body will cause ingrown,depends on individual..therefore, u need to expoliate,so that the ingrown hair can come out. easy solutions. anyway,waxing remove dead cell on your skin..i always love the feeling after waxing..so clean and smooth.
the hair will go back 2-3 weeks-also depends on individuals..but fine hair rather than coarse one after shave or cream removal.
