if you're just in college (im assuming 18 to early 20s), simple routine should be fine. IMO eyecreams are still optional. important is cleanser, toner, moisturizer. extra effort is to use sunblock/body lotion daily, exfoliate twice a week and masks weekly/fortnightly. can't think of anything else..

when you grow older you want to consider putting extra, extra effort like using serum, eyecream, consuming collagen thingy, etc.

You can notice if the skin on your face or other parts of the body feels more lifted/tighter. Some collagen drinks comes with other ingredients that helps to repair your skin so you'll look younger or simply "glow". Just experiment on different ones if you don't feel they work.

Another way of finding out if they're working? When your closest friends start complimenting on positive changes they notice on you LOL! (No kidding!)

Errr... I haven't really tested the ones they sold in Watson/Guardian/Sasa. Last I tried was Vitagen one, tasted like vitagen lol. Before that my friend let me tried the raw collagen powder mixed with orange juice which was kinda tasteless.

Im interested to try DHC collagen drink/meiji amino collagen/any jap brand in the future. not too soon I think... tongue.gif

botox in 20s? really? imo thats a bit too young... i might consider in my 50s or 40s LOL. never thought about peeling but laser surgery, yeah getting one real soon. if the scars didnt heal on the first laser my derma recommend another procedure involving needles idontknowwhatsitcalled but see how the laser goes.

I am still young, so my suggestion might not be as experienced. I consume vitamin c and calcium to build stronger bones. I also drink collagen. It tastes orangey and berry. (brand K Colly)

For my face and skin, I use lactic acid to micropeel. That whitens the skin. smile.gif

Micropeeling is good. You can do it at home.

Botox can stay up to two years, however it will make your skin stiff. You will also experience slight discomfort on the area injected. It definitely does not look natural on old saggy skin.

I think face or necklife is good.
However, you can opt for neck liposuction at younger age so when you are older you will not have much saggy skin beneath your chin.
