Dell S2316H vs P2314H vs S2415H, Any advice recommendation?

Hi. Currently I am choosing in between these monitors:
Dell S2316H: http://accessories.ap.dell.com/sna/product...s1&sku=391-BCKJ Dell P2314H: http://accessories.ap.dell.com/sna/product...BBUO&redirect=1 What are the main differences between these two differences (besides than the connection ports) and what is your recommendations?
