2XU Running Clinic
Third 2XU running clinic.
This time we take you to your VO2max threshold or the effort at your maximum oxygen consumption. With that session you train your body to increasingly process more oxygen, as such this session will be revisited in the future. Your benefit is becoming a more efficient and enduring runner.
When: 5 September 2015, Saturday
Time: Gather and attendance from 6.30am starts 7.00am sharp
Where: Kinara Residence Playground, along Jalan Kinrara 6e, within Taman Damai Utama, Kinrara Puchong

Menu for the week: Starts with a short warm up run and dynamic stretching (totaled about 30 minutes) and main course will be 25-30 mins or up to 8 reps of 400m interval.
Close off with a cool down jog and stretching.
