2XU Running Clinic

Third 2XU running clinic.

This time we take you to your VO2max threshold or the effort at your maximum oxygen consumption. With that session you train your body to increasingly process more oxygen, as such this session will be revisited in the future. Your benefit is becoming a more efficient and enduring runner.

When: 5 September 2015, Saturday
Time: Gather and attendance from 6.30am starts 7.00am sharp
Where: Kinara Residence Playground, along Jalan Kinrara 6e, within Taman Damai Utama, Kinrara Puchong

Last time i told u guys my tapak kaki sakit.
Yeah after 12km for my hm..seriously sakit.but i keep walking and running..the doctor said because of jalan tak rata batu2 kecil..
I hope so....
