not only ME tenant(majority maybe ME). manyak korean and angmo also.
u can check quite a numbers of korean take ktm. stay around heritage come down buy grocery also.
n don't forget australia international school just about 800m+- away only. opposite brdb senja and dreamcity

Hua Yang own this piece of land? Went to their other development at one south, The Parc and The Garden...no impress at all with their workmanship. However, this location is strategic near to KTM and Mines...all within walking distance..This area also prone to flood recently

Ya, the site is piling now n show room is open at Heritage condo.... Really good location, waking distance to komuter n mines shopping. Prefer this location than DC
