Nx500 got 4k. Of course if lens limitation is problem, m4/3 camera is better.

QUOTE(TheMoneyKing @ Aug 10 2015, 06:28 PM) I would recommend Sony line up. reason: BIG SENSOR. Sony use APS-C or even 35mm full frame. while Panasonic uses micro 4/3. Panasonic line up did make smaller body hence lighter and easy handling. I should presume video quality is the most important factor per se. file size and rendering is not a problem for you, then, Sony is the best option. if low light and slow-mo definitely A7s, 4K recording need external recorder. if want super slow-mo A7m2, can do internal 4K but small codec. Sony promise that will be raw Codec for 4K recording in future. A7s and A7m2 definitely in the list. if want simply 1080 60p then take A77ii. A6000 no recommended as it is good for taking photo. but in terms of video recording its only can do at most AVCHD format. even A5100 can do X AVCS format. A6000 is design for photo shooting at 1st. i would recomend A7 series due to E mount got the most wide range of lenses compatibility. not only native and 3rd party, even legacy and Cine lenses as well. just get an adapter is enough already. accessories wise is not even a sweat for new Sony Line Up. rumours say Sony is most no compatible is the shxttiest bullshxt ever. |

A7m2 can't take 4k whether internal or external.
4k internal on Sony is A7Rm2, RX10m2 and RX100m4. (have not include pro-grade video cam) |

QUOTE(TheMoneyKing @ Aug 13 2015, 02:49 PM) If you don't know what lens you're going to get, then I can honestly say you wouldn't know what you're going to use it for and not to mention, how to get the final product out of it, in the end, you'll just end up frustrating yourself. As an alternative, I think you'll fare very well with RX10mII - all in one in a very powerful package. This post has been edited by lwliam: Aug 13 2015, 06:16 PM |
