My 3 months old daughter is starting to fight sleep at night (from 12am - 7am)....we feed her, cuddle her, rub yu yee oil on her stomach, sing lullaby, give her pacifier, whatever other advice as well but nothing seems to keep her asleep for more than 10 minutes each time. Sometimes she will just cry suddenly waking up and sometimes the pacifier will work and other time it does not.

For the past few weeks, she will only go into deep sleep by around 4-5am but recently that has changed to 7am which means it is now getting harder for her to fall asleep at night. We can leave her on the bed to play by herself for a while but it will turn into a cry for help (i think she wants to sleep but struggle) Both mommy and myself are really exhausted both mentally and physically as this has been going on for weeks now. Any advice from experts out there or where can we find professional consultation here in Malaysia?
