hi girls. i need help for my hair. my hair is curly and its quite keras
what shampoo should i use? or does the conditioner that matters? if so, which one should i take? specific brand will and type will help alot
and is there a shampoo or hair treatment product for preventing grey hair growth?

conditioner is vital for hair because shampoo is acidic - conditioner helps to make your hair turns neutral

hair oil is important

btw ,how old are you ? if you are still young and gray hair grow - that indicate that you are having premature gray hair ( due to lack of vitamin b ) - consume more black bean and he shou wu ( chinese herbs ) to cure it
