Sungei Wang Plaza is so down because of no cinemas, no real renovations, no attractions and those shop lot rental is so freaking expensive leading to no crowd. The only good thing about Sungei Wang Plaza is the free toilet entries nothing more.

Now you could sleep on the floor and roll around. No one will step on you. Few months ago I went there and I noticed even KFC cut their shop lot into half in SWP.    

I miss Old Sungei Wang..... used to come there for entertainment.... Games/food/console/arcade/gambling............ now turn out boring

Lowyat plaza also not many people like 5-10 yrs back.

when i go sg wang or lolyat i sure go hongkong food culture and eat

too many shops selling street wear. got one particular floor n part of sg wang that sells a lot of street wear. same row as cantona 7 shop IIRC.

i bought most of mine fr Zone 5. old fags might remember this shop

My friend got a shop in Sg wang. He told me his business there getting bad to worst.
Same to Pavilion and lowyat.
