I've narrowed down my next handphone search to be from one of these three manufacturers, Asus, Sony or Samsung.

Unfortunately for Asus, I've head a lot of negative review from friends who got caught with them on warranty issues.

Being a current samsung user myself now, I would not rate them very high either. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 3. Two years ago rating, not sure about present situation.

Please share your experience and do let me know. Thanks.

Using Zenfone 2 for 2 month now,no problemo..Value for money.Truth is,Asus phone is cheap..Broken,usually people buy new one...That being said, I see a lot of my colleague using Asus...Not much problem..Samsung just 1 word..OVERPRICED!.but their built quality is quite good..For Sony, for me boring design and a bit overpriced..

weird. samsung service center was a gret experience for me.they fixed my brothers s3 in front of us. and they fixed the power button of galaxy nexus in 2 days.

im curious why ts gave them 3 out of 10. id give them 7 out of 10.

That was based on my experience with them from about 2 to 3 years back when they were based along the federal highway. Had to wait about 2 hours to be served.

i see.. basically it was about the waiting queue la..

i dont mind coz as long as they get it fixed with no cost. and relatively fast.

but the galaxy nexus they cant fix instantly coz that model isnt popular and they need to order the parts first. totally understandable.

Actually I'm biased towards Asus, but have been put off by their poor customer service. LCD issue took 2 months to resolve, according to a friend.

I've used their mobo and laptop before and they are very robust and reliable, not sure of their hand phones though

I'm a Sony user and i sent my Xperia ZL for warranty months after i use it because i overheat the battery and need to change it. I waited for a month for it to be done, but they did told me it'll take a month la, so nothing bad about it.
Actually based on which outlet and what kind of GOOD are you talking about. Some has different way of dealing with these things.
