Beware of Fake Bicycele decks ! Sunway Pyramid got few shops selling fake bicycle decks ! not magic shops but some gift shop selling fake bicycle deck RM12.90-15.90 !
*
Yea. Seen some of them. It looks very close to the real thing, but handles very differently. smile.gif

Hmmm.. I may have some alternatives for bike decks coming up soon. Stocking them up from my supplier. Good for those looking for cheap practice decks. (Yea I understand how Bikes can be a wee bit expensive sometimes. sweat.gif )

Anyway, met up with blueHeng yesterday. Had a short jamming session. Shared some rather interesting tips and tricks.

Indeed he can do the pass pretty well. biggrin.gif

Don't feel obliged/forced to learn something you can't do right at the moment lor. smile.gif

BlueHeng did drop me a few pointers about the pass. Though with my handling methods I think I'd want to pass on the pass (pun intended tongue.gif) for now though. Haha.
Hmmmm.. That Magic Festival eh.. Hmmm.. Perhaps we can gather up some LYN members and go together. biggrin.gif

Gah.
I need to get a Karnival myself.

Personally, a 5 minute handling while I met up with BlueHeng, I've found out the deck is bloody smooth. Frigging real smooth. It somewhat feels different than Ghost's finish, maybe to some extend smoother than the Ghost.

Will need to order a couple of those to torture. biggrin.gif

Hmmmmmmmm.. I won't say I am a card collector. biggrin.gif

I just fancy Ghost decks.
The Karnival came to be pretty much alike it too. Heh.

But yea, sometimes performing/handling different cards during different occasions feels pretty good.

What the Hell Happened to Sybil => Bad Habit => What the Hell Happened to Sybil and on and on and on. laugh.gif

If you can, learn a couple of flourishes, and try to mix and play, adapt them a little to your own style. wink.gif Don't keep relying on others materials but try being creative, never know what might come out. wink.gif

Heh. I'm bored.. so..
Cards to trick audiences.. I am assuming you meant trick decks/gaffed decks/prop decks?

Try to check on the Svengali/Stripper and invisible deck. These are the three decks I would recommend for reusability and creativity. And yes, they should come with a manual. biggrin.gif

Oh course, there would be skeptical audiences where they might want to check on your deck. Therefore I would recommend you to actually learn more on patter/presentation, or better still, learn how to use a normal deck for magic as well. (eg, the ambitious card trick can be done to replicate certain effects from the svengali deck)

enig...magic street can be trusted?....
my bicycle deck already got so much thicker...tot of getting new 1...but shops around selling for 20 bucks...and magic street onli 11...so much difference

Do take note of the delivery charges. smile.gif Better to buy in a bulk. And yes, they can be trusted, for now though, can't say much looking at how some other company died down just like that. But seriously I would love to believe TMS would stay to be a long time player.

As they say, the best man wins.
