If is use twon hand and fan half of the deck.

I can do it pretty decently.
Unless u saying some reverse fan or something crazy.
Normal and basic one I should be able to do it.

Just practise and get used to the strength and pressure you put to the card.

that one for me depends on certain condition, sometimes can fan out evenly, sometimes dunno what Im doing lol
