I have a simple trick. Just don't know whether you will like it or not.

This effect is reminscent of the old game of someone hiding a coin or an other small objectin a hand and having the performer guess which hand contains the hidden object. What's great about it is that you do it up to four people simlultaneously, elimating the possibility that it was a lucky guess. You can do this with anything that you can completely hold it in your hand. Magician turns back to them and ask them to put the thing in one of their hands and then hold that hand against their forehead and concentrare on it. And now, say whatever you want that will make the participants feel that you can know which hand is the thing in. Wait for 20-30secs, then right before the magician turns around the magician tell them to lower both fists with thier hands level and waist-high. Then the magician goes gown the line, pointing to one hand of each participant.

FISM 2009 Beijing

FISM is an abbreviation of Federation Internationale des Socits Magiques (International Federation of Magic Societies) founded in 1948. It is the International body bringing together the world's leading magic societies. The Federation today consists of over 80 clubs, both national and international, as well as national Federations which represent nearly 50 000 Magicians from 41 countries.

2009 will be the 24th FISM, hosted by the China Magic Art Society. Read more about the FISM? organization at FISM.ORG(www.fism.org).

THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE FISM :

In Stockholm Convention, the General Assembly has endorsed the new FISM Statutes, including the future organizational structure of the FISM, as depicted in the following diagram.

The ultimate directive authority of the FISM is vested in the General Assembly, consisting of all the Presidents of the Member Societies and which is presided over by the International President.

The International President and two International Vice Presidents constitute the PRESIDIUM.

The first International FISM President is ERIC ESWIN(NED); the International FISM Vice Presidents are GERRIT BRENGMAN(BEL) and DOMENICO DANTE(ITA).

The members of the General Assembly are subdivided in six continental divisions: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America and Oceania. Each continental organization is run by its own Continental President.

The six Continental Presidents together with the Presidium constitute the FISM EXECUTIVE BOARD (FEB).

The FEB decides on all affairs, except for

the election and appointment of the International President and the International Vice-Presidents;

the dissolution of the FISM;

alterations of the Statutes and of the FISM Competition Rules and Procedures;

the approval of the accounts and the budget for a new period, including the entrance fee and the contribution to be charged to the Member Societies;

the election of the venue of the next FISM convention, which issues are determined by the General Assembly.

@exp, some suggestions here. Maybe you can remove the members have list in the front page. And include FISM 2009 in the first post.

Anyone here can share the magic tricks which they usually perform on TV shows ?
Which the performers ask you to pick and think of that particular card in your mind and reshuffle the deck and throw the whole deck towards to glass which the card will stick on the glass.

Any idea buddy ?
*
That's a very very hard trick. I think no one will know. Tell me too when you got the secret smile.gif

Yeap very easy imo. I figured it out myself in fact before I watched a tutorial on it.

Just for your info, there's so many CTW. Some are pretty easy to figure. But some are hard to figure it out. Anyway, here's one of the CTW i like.

Poor Man CTW

Not sure whether yours will be the same ma. Cause anaconda requires a special grip. And i am looking for tutorial just to check whether my grip is correct or not. And, this dribble can only be done by pretty new cards/ or in other words, stiff cards..
