 protein for ripped body [WTA], what to buy

hi guys. im going to get myself a cutting protein. any good brand i can find? im not planning to get too buffed up. maybe just a bit larger until i can see lines and vein from my hands.
should i get whey or the ripped protein? the difference?
ps// any brand i can find from musclemaniaclub.com ?

I highly recommend the supplement brand named "chicken" , although I would say "beef" tastes way better . Then again, "eggs" are probably the cheapest.

No such thing as cutting protein btw . Heck non of that protein supplement will make u lean

so it means i should literally take real food and not supp to get ripped and not too buffed? and how many should i take? like how many eggs in the morning equivalent to 1 cup of protein?

1) don't focus on the protein entirely
2) FOCUS more on the calories
3) taking in alot of protein IS NOT NECESSARY nor will it make a difference
4) U can take protein supplements , BUT it will not make a difference

Amount of food is more important than content of food if ur aim is to gain/lose weight

protein does help with getting leaner.

However....

only use supplements when you have your diet in check.

its no point taking supps when you cant even keep track of your food.
supps are only a secondary option once you get your diet checked

lose weight= calorie deficit
gain weight= calorie surplus

protein intake= 0.6-0.8 per pound of lean bodyweight (your preference. no such thing as bulking or cutting protein)
carbs intake= depending on your body's reaction
fats= depending on your body as well

manipulate these 3 macros so see what work best for you.

do your research brah and make some gainz.
