You have promised me earlier that my purchase will reach within 1 to 3 weeks, and now is getting into 4th week.
I know there was an error in US shipment and you have forgot to tell me that I'm not receiving my purchase that I'm expecting.
You told me that my purchase will be shipped out today as you said in PMs above.
I also know you are a busy businessman and have no time to entertain small buyer like me, neither have much time replying my message.
So, please dont reply me with what I've known.

I'm not trying to be rude. What I want is that you answer my question of when it arrives, or an estimation of how many weeks. Also, i dont really understand what you meant by "i will let you know, it arrives." Please not just replying it, if you have time reply please dont mind answer it.

What I've purchased might be a birthday gift to another person, I believed that you understand consequences of the late shipment, and the uneasiness caused to your clients, me. Your answer will help me justify necessity to cancel the purchase.

Nike Timing missed out your watch and they promised me to send out today (US morning).

I NEVER promised to my customer when the parcel would arrive but I would give you estimation time which I have already told you before.

Now you are asking me which the parcel not yet send out, how am I able to let you know when? From your PM you are asking for refund, if you want your money back please let me know immediately so that I don't need to ask them send out your item.

I have no time for this ding dong, the time you have asked the question which I am not around to answer you and now you posted up all this story in the forum without my permission.

When the stock arrives I will let you know as usual 1 to 3 weeks, do not need to repeat again which the parcel not yet send out.

Too bad, I dont need your permission to post anything. I believe you had time to answer, I've pmed twice or 3 times and it take days to response, and same thing happens over and over. Initially, I have waited more than more than 72 hours for your answer on shipment date after payment, which you dont even tell any estimation nor 'I dont know'. I have only get such respond after my second or 3rd pm. Its not coming out of No where. Your reply also doesnt shown any signs of 'clean and swift manner' and mostly I get was a reply without my question attended.

I've received your payment and no longer interested in arguing about this, unless you keep defaming me. All I have told were true and not from on where. All will leave to the audience to judge.

Meanwhile, I do wish you remove my name and account number form public, I feel your such action compromise my security. Mistake done by Nike is a small matter to me, In fact its something unpredictable.
