Here is my story, I have some skin allergies so I found out about this Dr Paramjit which some people was praising and giving good feed backs.

Thus one day I walk in to this clinic and looking for a consultation for my skin problem. Dr P wasn't in that time thus i just have a short talk with another Doc, she advised me to make an appointment with Dr P who is usually in on the Friday and Saturday. Thus I took the clinic name card and went home.

Then comes Friday, made a call to the clinic asking for an appointment. The nurse/receptionist answered the call saying Dr P was still not in until lunch. So they say the clinic would call me back once the doctor was in. Around 4.15 P.M, the clinic did not call me or anything, so I call the clinic again asking for Dr P. This time the nurse/receptionist passed the phone to Dr P. She asked briefly about my problem and the appointment on Saturday morning 10.30A.M.

Saturday morning, woke up and reached Klinik Dr Paramjits Kaur at 10.30 A.m. The nurse/receptionist told me Dr. P was on her way, so she said maybe I have a drink nearby while waiting. So I said I would have a quick breakfast and be back by 11++. She nodded and say that Dr will be in by then.

After breakfast, went back to the clinic at 11.00. I walked up to the reception table asking again is Dr Paramjit in. This time the receptionist just answer can you come back later because Dr P is not in. I told her that I have an appointment on 10.30 A.m and it is already near 11.10. I ask can you give me an exact time what time will dr be in because I am wasting my time waiting there without a fixed time. The receptionist say they are calling the doc and just continue ignoring me and playing with her Samsung tab.

Thus another doc came out and said she is on her way. I sat down and waited for another 15 minutes. The people working in this clinics just walk in and out without saying anything about what time Dr Paramjit will be in and not giving any information. So I got up and just left.

Just because you are a famous Doctor does is mean that you don have to be punctual to your appointments. Even if you have some emergencies your clinic nurse and receptionist are not giving us patients a proper appointment wanting us to sit in your clinic and wait blindly.

To me this doctor gives me the impression of irresponsibility as a doctor. How can you treat your patients when you cannot uphold your agreement to a appointment? How are you a responsible doctor when your clinic calls you and your clinic could not give proper time assurance to patients?

Just want to share this out, hope that people will not encounter this in the future.

I was having skin allegy for the past 2 months. I need to go KL working for few days, due to i feel the skin condition is getting bad, hence i visited the doctor. The Dr claimed my situation is bad, and need an immediate injection. Together it cames with a small bottle of cream mixed by doctor and few days medicine. The doctor guarantees the injection will solves my symptom. Because he is sure i am alleged to certain drug. Rhe injection cost RM220. I asked rhe doctor why do expensive without telling me upfront, he mentioned rhe injection is combination of few antihistamine. But mt dkin situation doesn't improve a little. I thought about it after few days. The clinic was without ant patients when i entered at 8pm. The Doctor knew i am from outstation came Puchong for work a few days. Hs just slaughtered me to make me pay very expensive medical cost. What a bad experience.
