Disable Photo collection/album, how to??

everytime I open a photo (double click), there will be a 2nd window appear, for photo album/collection.
is there any way to disable this window? |

That's the metro photo viewer one,right?
That's a bug, I think. Never had this problem. Maybe there's an issue with your 'open with' settings? If you have another photo viewer then I recommend to uninstall it. |
