 Supplement Advise needed

I'm 60KG not fat just want to make my body more fit.I don't wish to be bulky much just wanna gain some muscles to look better.If I hit gym without supplement I will need like half years to get see results if diet is on points right? But o wish to see results on next Jan so should I consumer protein? What protein should I take isn't Whey Protein is enough for after workout? And which brand and which kind of whey protein is suitable?

Where did u get these information from lol ? You don't need supplement , period . Progress WILL BE THE SAME .

Just ask the big guys in the gym. You can get all kindzzz of underground secret bodybuilding information that you can't find anywhere on the Internet.

dont waste money of mass gainers....only invest in whey and increase your daily food by x3
