got my citibank cc as fresh graduate n holding up to now (9 years)...nvr failed to waive AF until today! So...bye bye Citi just settle outstanding amount and make sure don't use your card after the AF posted date....then no need to settle the AF....

i got my phone dy...so gonna cancel those cards with annual fees and keep those without annual fees for life. reason: because citibank gives me a high credit limit. good to build credible credit ratings, i hope.

I've never held two different cards from the same bank before, it's my first time with Citibank. When making payment, do I have to make Interbank GIRO transfer to two different account numbers or is there another simpler way?

No, i have too many cards that grant me PPL access, has been using this card only for coffee bean (15percent discount) and duty free shop at airport (15 percent discount for liquor)

So i will wait until next month, see whether they will waive AF if i cannot meet the spending they set. Will terminate if no waiver

received the car DVR just now through Citylink.  Did a quick check - video quality is so so only but acceptable base on the retail price from Taobao (< RMB100 with 8GB microSD card).

Just had a chance to test the video quality at night - it was very poor - lots of noises and can't read the alphabet / numbers on the car registration plate - unless you are very close to the car in front of you and both cars are stationary.

another observation - when it is powered-on, it is quite noisy (not that you can hear it a few feet away, but all the noises will be recorded) - sounds like fan or motor are running.

I won't buy this product if I need to pay for it!

Just called Citibank CS to waive my annual fee, no question ask just waived. Im holding Citibank CB Gold.

no idea how they doing the AF waiver assessment.. some spend few k also able to waive AF.. just call and try your luck 

Just wondering if this is possible, if let's say i have a credit limit of 10,000 and i have a transaction of 20,000 to pay. Can i transfer 10,000 into my credit card account and swipe the 20k transaction?

i'm using the citibank rewards platinum card. then suddenly when i go and check their website. the card has disappeared and replaced by this new card.

Hi All, i got a question, i just got my cards and it seems i got 2 cards. air asia and cash back both got the same credit limit. i've swiped using both, now my question do i have to pay both cards or pay the one account?

3D Secure is a security protocol used by Banks worldwide to authenticate and enhance the security of online credit card transactions.

When you use your card for an online purchase at a 3D Secure merchant’s website, there will be a pop-up box (exemplified below) requiring you to key in a One-Time PIN (OTP) to proceed with the transaction. An SMS with the OTP will be sent to your mobile phone seconds after the pop-up box appears.

Thanks. Citibank CS says problems generating OTP for Maxis and Celcom. Settled this morning. Received numerous OTPs which I requested yesterday when I switched on my hp this morning. 

Citibank issue. They took one day to settle the problem.
