Went to Prime Le Meridien, was billed RM732 and after 45% Citibank Premiermiles discount, bill came out RM402.6.

I just got the card approved and they are sending the card to me as I post. Just wondering, is there any place where I can get better reward for using citibank card? I'm getting the clear and shell card. Not sure where can I use the clear card to maximize profit.

I have few monthly standing instructions with the card, so means I am using the card every month.
If they are not happy with 100k usage per year with prompt paymaster, I don't know what customers are they looking for?

According to another PPL staff, access only be given if PPL is full. Can't confirm this.

I am new card holder. This website mention that we can have 2 times access to global lounge per calendar year (on top of the unlimited PPL access in KLIA, SG, HK etc). Can anyone confirm this?

Hi, tried to get AF waiver recently for my Citi Rewards card. They only offered to waive 50% (RM300).
This also happened to me in 2015.

Another option is to use your points to pay the AF, which is really not worth it.

I've been using a Citi card for almost 20 years, and they keep on upgrading my card throughout the years.
So from no AF at the beginning to now its RM600, and recently they suddenly sent me the Premiermiles card!

Don't know what I did to deserve this second card... I'm not the biggest spender.

It looks like its very hard to get AF waiver for Rewards card nowadays even if we beg. Oh well, moved out all my autodebit to other bank card, redeemed all my points and will be cancelling my two Citi cards soon.

For BT, Citi does offer for 1 or 2 months ?? Or take 6 months but make it early settlement ??
