Rumor says if u fully utilize the benefits that the card granted i.e. B1F1 and complimentary access to airport lounge, it is hard to get AF waiver notwithstanding the fact u spend a lot.

If only use it normally, even u spend 20k per year they will waive it for u?

Regarding the travel insurance for reward signature card, the cardholder is free to buy ticket from any airline company and get insured right?

Received statement with annual fee & sst.. called CS asked for annual fee waiver (no problem) and “loyalty cashback” (rejected)
In the end just opt for cancellations..

Thinking to apply back the cash back non plat in the future.. hehe

Hi guys let say my statement date is on 10th
My statement this month is
1st June - dining rm200
9th June - service tax rm25
Outstanding balance rm225

I don’t use the card anymore after 10th June. if customer refuse to pay rm25 tax, normally just make a payment of rm200 only and call the CS to cancel card right?

I did that and the CS don’t allow me to cancel because there’s still outstanding. I explained the outstanding = service tax which I DO NOT WANT TO PAY. CS seems like don’t understand rclxub.gif
