QUOTE(WhitE LighteR @ Aug 27 2015, 03:19 PM) so i finally found out why my transaction was not receiving any points. before march 2015 it was still ok. seems that the reward point tnc has changed since. here is the new pdf https://www.citibank.com.my/ICARD/subapp/re...rewards-tnc.pdf i feel its kindda fucked up. Meaning whatever you use, you won't get points at all? |

QUOTE(ckyow1 @ Feb 13 2016, 10:39 PM) Citibank is cheating or what? Not all hotel eligible..From their website stated promo for Expedia 10% offer, I follow the link, get the code CITIMYEXPHOL, but it is not working on Expedia site, promo period stated until 30 June 2016, but when I enter the promo code it show "Sorry, the code was expired" Where should I complaint for this ? Citibank or Expedia ? Try use Milk a deal. You could get 8% back from the deal. Hit me up if you are using that site, we both could get extra $$ |

Just curious.
I recently applied for Citibank CC and I asked whether I need to submit more income documents to speed up the application. Was told that Citibank only consider salary received from employers and nothing else. Meaning if I have other savings, tenancy and dividend incomes, Citibank won't take into consideration when applying for the CC? This post has been edited by chiahau: Jan 15 2017, 02:51 PM |

QUOTE(zerohavoc318 @ Jan 17 2017, 06:04 PM) i was in a process of online application for citibank cash rebate card. but after filling the details, the web said 'we will not proceed with your applications' Probably your working experience is too little for them to consider? why is that? I remembered I faced that issue before when I was applying it online. |

I know there's 1 in 1 Utama. Does the HQ in Jalan Ampang has that? The one in Midvalley shut down liao, I think. |

QUOTE(tcch @ Apr 4 2017, 05:20 PM) Hi all,I would like to apply for Citibank Clear Card and I am not sure whether I am eligible to apply for it as I just started working for four months, basic salary RM2,800,ccris record clear,no car loan nor credit card with other bank,PTPTN loan paid on time monthly. Usually need at least 1 year of record with another bank or your application rejected almost instantly. |

QUOTE(tcch @ Apr 5 2017, 04:48 PM) what about the other local bank?cuz I have friends who has working duration less than four months and got his credit card approved by CIMB.I guess local bank has higher chance in approving my application?yet Citibank has a relatively lower income bracket for the Clear Card applicant which is at RM2k monthly salary Local banks higher chance.Citibank always give generous limits despite of your salary. Maybe that's why a bit hard to get |

QUOTE(Leroi2x @ Apr 18 2017, 10:04 PM) Don't think they accept FD for their cards. Not stated anywhere at all. PBB and MBB got write somewhere last time. HLB also. Not that it matters, the income threshold quite low for the lowest card. |
