arh.. ic..

yeah.. but they charged me ady, and i called in for waiver but not successful.

or any tips how could I get them to waive for me?
*
if you still intend to use the card and waiver request is not successful, then got no other option. if you have not used the card since the AF being charged, you may consider to terminate it and if the bank wants too retain you, they may then give you the waiver.

Ok....request for waiver.....sry for that if the word i use is too sensitive for u
*
Nothing to do about being sensitive. I am not even the person who is requesting for the waiver. I am responding to a query.

Different banks have different ways. Just wait for another 2 months if you are still interested with Citibank, else look elsewhere.

hi, my wife use Citibank CC. One day, i checked her cc statement, i noticed she has credit shield deducted from her CC.

I told her to call CS to remove this, and was told to fill up the form before they can remove from it. I checked in Citi website but i cannot find the said form.

Pls someone give me the link so i can download the form and cancel the service.

hi,

If I upgrade from my current clear card  to the visa platinum, will I be charged full amount or prorated at year end? Is the annual fee charged at 31 Dec or from the date you received the card.

Annual fee waiver possible with the platinum? Do we call before or after the fee is waived. Feel kinda not worth it if I get charged in full when I just got the card.

Thanks
*
AF is charged on anniversary year. Check to see if there is waiver for 1st year usage.

Ok usually to request for waiver , we call before or after the annual fee is charged ?
*
both also can..if you wanna call after the AF is charged, make sure you have not perform any transaction after it is charged. Else, you need to pay the AF if the request is not granted.

Currently i am holding Premiermiles Amex. Suddenly I received sms regarding approval of my Premiermiles Visa Signature. I dont do any application for that.  Credit limit is same since they are combined. What is difference between both cards, since they are also Premiermiles. I dont see any Premiermilea Amex on citibank website. That is why I cant do comparison.
*
You are holding the amex card and you know don't what is the feature.
