Do you have other CC while you apply citibank cc?

Maybe that "1" affect your overall credit score.

The best is not to have any late payment at all.

Like someone said earlier, even ppl with very good payment record still get rejected due to whatever reason it is that we never know.

I suggest go straight to Citi HQ in KL. Even if kiosk approve, you still need to go collect from there unless they have the card machine there.

Citibank kiosk at One U shopping mall, they have card machine there, can get the card after approved and active it

Since the card machine is available @ Citi temp booth at 1 Utama, I suggest you ask them if you can collect the card within few hours before actually applying it. If they cannot promise you that, is best for you to go straight to HQ.

Last time i apply i upload the document required
No body call up and get approved sms by the next day afternoon ,all he done around 12 hour which is from night 11pm to next day 11am
