I applied through booth, then received an email from citi bank on the next day saying that "thank you for enrolment onto Citibank Electronic Statement bla bla...".

Does that mean that my application got approved? Was told to wait for sms, but didn't receive any

Hi guys, planning to apply for Citibank CC for their RM 500 voucher. Can anyone share if the lazada voucher that they send over email is a single code of RM 500 or 5X RM 100 vouchers?

In what form you receive Lazada voucher?
Via email/SMS (unique code) or paper voucher (also unique code)?

I'm anticipating my lazada voucher arrival soon. More than 1 week been waiting. Should it be quick, I just wondering?

I will call to cancel Clear Card, not a coffee drinker and for movies will use UOB YOLO deal which is superb.

However, I will retain the Citi PremierMiles, the perks are still useful for me.

Until next year's Sept, that will be my 4th year holding the card. Next year can think others.

Well, Malindo is also in KLIA.

Usually for those with Citi PM will also have SCB WM so that can cover both airports. Sometimes I will go back to Seremban so I will use SCB WM even if I touch down in KLIA.

By the way, it has been some time since I last used this limo service by Citi, will they issue a receipt with an amount? Or straight put it as free?

Their budget limo does not allow customer to put luggage into back seat . All luggage must be fit into boot . So if customer have more then 1 medium luggage have to upgrade to premium limo which is Nissan Slyphy that can fit 2 big luggage behind boot.

I heard someone said if we hold a credit card is less than 12 months, Citi bank will reject our application immediately, is this true?

I live chatted with CS last Friday and expressed my wish to cancel my only Citibank card - Citi Premier Visa Signature due to AF and SST will be charged this month. He mentioned it cannot be cancelled right away because this card requires call back from an officer. I should expect a call within 3-5 working days.

So an officer just called and offered me waiver for another year (third year) and RM 25 cash rebate with just one transaction with no minimum amount by end of this month. I gladly accepted.

Though last year's offer was better, AF was waived and RM 50 cash rebate, I'm still thankful for this year's offer.

I also asked if I can replace my card to the new design, she said cannot and I will need to pay for it unless it's damaged, then it will be free for first time.

Just had a live chat with Citibank rep. Managed to extend my card to another year without annual fees.
