Thru website? I don't have 3K to spend now unless developers can accept CC for property booking fees. laugh.gif

At sunway pyramid. I saw on their website also with extra $50 as step 1, etc. Tried to click on the link but it froze on my phone. Oh well, I was given a canvas bag on the spot.

You buying a property? My sis used my cc to pay for some property payment around 9k last year.

Lol. Mind telling me where you buying? Can pm me if don't want to post here. I'm also getting ready for my condo vp. Hence, the "big" purchases and looking for good cc deals.

I actually approached the SA after seeing the Citibank ad propped up at the booth. No other customer. After talking for 5-10 mins, suddenly two groups of ppl came (around 8 ppl in total) also keen to apply. SA was suddenly swamped with ppl. I guess that's why I got the canvas bag later.

Hmm. Looks like I have no chance for that.
I also don't have anything to spend.

Noted guys, maybe that's a better option for me. Let's see if the agent will call me back after she received my documents.

Side note : Car deposit also can pay with CC tongue.gif

Nowadays, if you can afford it, the agent will how also try to make it work for you, esp if you tell him/her that your loan is very likely to be approved.

Hope you found the right property biggrin.gif

Can even BT the downpayment to 6 months installment if you want.

Used a PBB card to pay for a property downpayment last year, and managed to use the FlexiPay promo (when it was still 0% for 12 mths). Great for managing cash flow.
