I am the principal and been told by the CS that I will not able to see supp transaction in my online banking. Is that true? I only can see that in my monthly statement, I just feel funny because I can see all my supp card (other banks) transactions in my online banking.

This year they also sent me SMS in Oct that it is auto-waived. I hardly spend on this card, not even RM 500 in total for 2022. im not dare to "threaten" them to cancel my card if my AF not allowed to waive.. because i have quite a lot of PM in this card..
